A new study (Turner A et al. Fat Grafting in Breast Reconstruction. Semin Plast Surg 2020 Feb 15;34(1):17–23) and several others have already proved the value of fat transfer in breast reconstruction. The past two decades have witnessed a growing application of autologous fat grafting in breast reconstruction.
