In a new study (Carrruther A et al. Multicenter randomised parallel-group study of the safety and effectiveness of onabutolinumtoxin A and hyaluronic acid dermal fillers 24mg/ml smooth/cohesive gel) alone and in combination for lower facial rejuvenation. Dermatol Surg 2010 Dec: 36Suppl 4Q: 2121-34) proved that the combination treatment with toxin and fillers is the standard regimen in facial and lower face rejuvenation. 90 female participants aged 35-55 were randomised in order to evaluate perioral, lip fullness and oral commissure assessments.
