Phalloplasty is a reconstructive procedure that creates a new phallus or increases the size/diameter of the penis (Heston AL et al. Phalloplasty: techniques and outcomes. Trans Adrol Urol 2019 Jun;8(3):254–265).  As patient goals vary considerably, it is useful to think of phalloplasty as a set of surgical procedures that are different for each patient, taking into account his anatomy.

In penis lengthening/girth enhancement, we usually loosen the suspensory ligament at the base of the penis above the vascular network of Santorini; we also transfer fat/stem cells longitudinally to increase its diameter. We take this fat/stem cells from liposuction at the pubis area improving the lipido as well as the symptoms of Peyronie's disease together with frenulum restoration.
